En ambas se recurre a un genograma, que consiste en un \u00e1rbol familiar con datos relevantes; en una empresa este ser\u00e1 reemplazado por un organigrama, t\u00e9cnica fundamental que nos permitir\u00e1 recabar valiosa informaci\u00f3n para conocer el funcionamiento de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de all\u00ed se empezar\u00e1 definiendo el tema a constelar (ejemplo, la mala comunicaci\u00f3n interna), y a trav\u00e9s de la constelaci\u00f3n propiamente dicha ser\u00e1 donde quedar\u00e1n expuestas las emociones, roles, l\u00edmites y sentires de o de los constelados (se puede hacer en forma individual o grupal, agrupando varios sectores).<\/p>\n<p>Puestas las necesidades sobre el campo constelatorio, se podr\u00e1n hipotetizar cursos de acci\u00f3n probables para poner en marcha los cambios, que desde la misma constelaci\u00f3n,\u00a0ya se han irremediablemente desatado.\u00a0Estos ser\u00e1n evaluados luego de un tiempo acordado, para medir su eficacia, y eventualmente reformulados o potenciados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En resumen, a lo largo de los seminarios intensivos que sean necesarios (pactados con nuestro cliente) veremos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Resistencias al cambio<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f3mo redefinirse permanentemente<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f3mo sostener y potenciar la motivaci\u00f3n a lo largo del tiempo<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f3mo no caer en la rutina y la desmoralizaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f3mo funciona la din\u00e1mica deseante<\/p>\n<p>Evitar la rigidizaci\u00f3n de roles, jerarqu\u00edas y l\u00edmites<\/p>\n<p>Estimular la creatividad, el trabajo como un juego<\/p>\n<p>Alcanzar una comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva y asertiva no violenta<\/p>\n<p>Lograr sentido de identidad y pertenencia, con valores internalizados<\/p>\n<p>Elegir en lugar de sufrir<\/p>\n<p>Alcanzar un clima y cultura de congruencia y cohesi\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>Resultados por v\u00ednculos constructivos y no por miedo<\/p>\n<p>Ser uno mismo sin temores, fomentar la congruencia y no la hipocres\u00eda<\/p>\n<p>Liderazgo efectivo en construcci\u00f3n permanente<\/p>\n<p>Dejar de lado el paradigma de la adulaci\u00f3n y el temor<\/p>\n<p>Nuevos paradigmas: trabajo remoto, horizontalidad, flexibilidad, diversidad\u2026desafiando viejas verdades<\/p>\n<p>El modelo caduco de la relaci\u00f3n de dependencia: hacia nuevas formas de trabajo<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f3mo no mezclar roles y emociones en las empresas familiares, y c\u00f3mo hacer de ellas un modelo exitoso<\/p>\n<p>Este trabajo se enfocar\u00e1 en dos grandes pilares: historia y cultura. Conocer la historia es saber cu\u00e1l era la visi\u00f3n del fundador o fundadores y honrar su legado, no perdiendo el esp\u00edritu original y al mismo tiempo adapt\u00e1ndose a la complejidad del cambio permanente y el crecimiento. La triada misi\u00f3n-visi\u00f3n-valores debe volverse cuerpo organizacional para no diluirse, y para ello es imprescindible portar la historia, hacerla propia, conservando la lealtad hacia esa triada y conociendo el lugar propio dentro del entramado institucional, adem\u00e1s de sus mitos y fantas\u00edas, su proyecto y modelo fundacional, utop\u00edas, modalidad de vinculaci\u00f3n y liderazgo.<\/p>\n<p>Y la cultura nos permite conocer los \u00f3rganos internos de la empresa, c\u00f3mo es su flujo, su din\u00e1mica, la circulaci\u00f3n de poderes, saberes, pasiones, traiciones, etc. Desde la comunicaci\u00f3n a la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos, las relaciones interpersonales, los mecanismos de admisi\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n y desvinculaci\u00f3n, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SEMINARIOS EN CONSTELACIONES ORGANIZACIONALES \u00a0\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 se diferencia una constelaci\u00f3n organizacional de una constelaci\u00f3n familiar individual o grupal?
